Dr. Zephirin will take you through the process to optimal health through an array of services designed to meet your needs.

You will receive a friendly and professional greeting from our staff, with the same care you would expect from close family. At Delray Spinal Care Center/ Palm Beach Spinal Care Center you are considered part of our family.  

Upon entering the office, we will have you fill out a health history questionnaire to give our doctor a clear picture of your health. If you would like to fill out the questionnaire before your first visit click the applicable link below.

Once you complete the questionnaire we will provide you with a tour of the office and you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health and any concerns you may have. At that time, the doctor will conduct an examination  and x-ray (If needed) to determine the level of care you may need. If necessary the doctor may refer you to another healthcare specialist.  

​

Next, you will be scheduled for a follow-up visit. Before the follow-up visit the doctor will review your test results, x-rays or any other diagnostic tests that were performed to make an accurate diagnosis of your health status. At the follow up (Report of Findings) visit the doctor will provide you with a formal review of findings as well as a plan for your care. Generally the follow-up visit will occur within 1-2 days of your initial exam.
